You need to wear 15 min bofore charjing it, that means you need to have that ring in teh template. If i am correct there is 22str %6 slash %6other mele resist +4 mele skills and str cap increase. I would not use it in my template. I d rather use cl %5 buff. Yes gonna loose %5 mele resist but not a big deal, i will have everything caped and maxed+recharge on cl is 3 or 5 mins i dont remember. May be there is reason to use this ring for mexxi since he doesnt got champion resist line(desease instead), i dunno, this ring is not so good actually

ur better off using the other one that has acuity and magic resists for when exhale's warlock dumps on u or the partigium bd nukes u. or mighty ducks rm nukes u maybe.
